About the role

In the role of Purchaser at AP&T, you work with interesting suppliers in an international environment. The role involves procuring both direct and indirect materials that AP&T needs to maintain its operations. You are given great freedom under responsibility and are a key player in the business and in the projects you drive together with competent colleagues. The role offers a high degree of variation in daily work. Business travel may occur, and the location is in Tranemo.

Your main responsibilities

• Procure direct and indirect materials and services
• Ensure the right delivery, quality, and price levels
• Actively participate in meetings both externally and internally
• Actively drive improvement work
• Handle quality deviations with suppliers
• Evaluate new suppliers

Requirements

• Relevant education from university/college in engineering, economics, logistics, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

• Previous experience in similar tasks.
• Experience from several different business systems.
• Previous experience driving improvement work.
• Technical interest/background.

Information about the employment

• Salary: Monthly salary. According to agreement.
• Employment conditions: Full-time 100%, daytime.
• Start date: According to agreement.
